Confidence at Mealtime
Improved support can make it easier to bite and chew without constantly thinking about whether your denture will shift.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Dental implants can anchor a full denture more firmly, reducing movement when you eat, speak, laugh, and spend time with the people you love.

More Stability, Less Worry
You know the checks: whether it is seated before a sentence, whether adhesive will hold through dinner, whether everyone else is finished while you are still working through the same bite. That effort is mostly invisible to everyone else.
Implant-supported dentures attach to carefully placed implants in the jaw. Depending on your anatomy and preferences, the restoration may be removable for cleaning or designed as a fixed full-arch solution. Your consultation clarifies which approach fits your needs.

How the Plan Is Built
Implant support is about restoring the confidence to speak, smile, and enjoy meals without planning around a loose denture.
Improved support can make it easier to bite and chew without constantly thinking about whether your denture will shift.
Implants give the restoration anchors beneath the gumline, creating more dependable support than a denture that rests on tissue alone.
The number and position of implants, the prosthetic design, and whether it is fixed or removable all depend on your anatomy and goals.
A Thoughtful Treatment Plan
Treatment begins with diagnosis. Dr. Anderson reviews the structures that can be preserved, the factors that affect candidacy, and the sequence required before a recommendation is made.
We assess bone support, tissue health, your current denture, and any teeth or implants already present.
Dr. Anderson designs the implant positions and denture approach together so they work as one system.
After the appropriate healing phase, your restoration is attached and adjusted, and we show you how to care for it.
Common Questions
Your consultation is the place for answers specific to your smile. These are helpful starting points for the questions patients ask most often.
Some implant-supported dentures snap onto attachments and can be removed for cleaning. Other full-arch restorations are fixed in place and removed only by a dental professional. Your anatomy, dexterity, hygiene needs, and preferences help determine the right design.
The number varies by jaw, bone quality, prosthetic design, and whether the restoration is fixed or removable. Imaging and an examination are needed before Dr. Anderson can recommend the safest number and position.
In selected cases, an existing denture may be modified for temporary or ongoing use. In others, a new restoration is needed for proper fit, strength, appearance, and implant positioning. We evaluate this during planning.
Cleaning depends on whether your restoration is fixed or removable. We demonstrate the appropriate brushes, flossing aids, and techniques for your design, and recommend professional maintenance visits to monitor the implants, tissues, and prosthesis.
